Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and begin after processing is complete. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged
