When will I receive my package?

Due to short staff, high order volume, and continued delays as a result of the pandemic; orders will be shipped and delivered within 4 - 6 weeks of the purchase date. Bakery Boxes will continue to be shipped in the 3rd or 4th week of their corresponding month, however if ordered later in the month, Bakery Boxes will adhere to the 4 - 6 week processing time detailed above. Orders including a Bakery Box and other Shea Shea Bakery items will adhere to the 4 - 6 week processing time detailed above. Select items may arrive in separate packaging. UPS shipping fees are nonrefundable and not guaranteed.

I Have Not Received a Tracking Number for my Package

Tracking numbers are issued once a shipping label is created in our shipping system. If you did not receive your tracking number here are some reasons:

You ordered using only a phone number and the SMS notification did not go through
You ordered using an alternate email and the notification went there
The tracking notification went to your spam folder
Your label has not been created

An “Order Status” page can be found in the confirmation email that is sent to you after a purchase, if your shipping label has been created your tracking number will be located on this page. If you are unable to find the “Order Status” page, you can email customerservice@sheamakery.com and put “Tracking Number Request” in the subject line, along with your order number if you have it. If your order is 6 weeks past the purchase date please email customerservice@sheamakery.com and put “6 Weeks Past Purchase” in your subject line, along with your order number if you have it.

I Have Not Received a Confirmation E-Mail for My Order

After an order is placed a confirmation email should be sent to you with a link to an “Order Status” page you can check periodically. If you did not receive this confirmation email here are some reasons:

You ordered using only a phone number and the SMS notification did not go through
You ordered using an alternate email and the notification went there
The confirmation went to your spam folder
Your order did not go through

If you are concerned over whether or not your order correctly processed in our system, please email customerservice@sheamakery.com and put “Did My Order Go Through” in the subject line along with the first and last name you ordered under.

Please note: If you ordered with only a phone number and would like to add an email to this order so that future updates go to your email we can do this. Please email customerservice@sheamakery.com with “Add Email to Order Contact Information” along with the first and last name you ordered under. We will not be able to resend the order confirmation to your email, as it will only resend the SMS notification.

What Is the Status of My Order?

Orders arrive within 4 - 6 weeks of purchase date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shea Shea Bakery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for your package. Unless you have purchased insurance for your package, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will have to contact the Shipping Carrier.

Shea Shea Bakery cannot complete UPS package claims. If UPS tells you that you must reach out to us for further assistance, please see the above and contact UPS Corporate.

How do I manage my Subscription?

Never forget to order your favorite skincare products again! (Currently available for Natural Skincare & The Bakery Box) Choose to purchase a product once along with the rest of your cart OR save as a recurring purchase. Manage your shipment frequency, addresses and payment information in your subscription management portal HERE. No need to enter payment or shipment information after your initial subscription has been initiated.

Discount codes can not be used on subscriptions unless otherwise noted. If you wish to use a discount code, subscription based items must be purchased separate from remainder of cart.

PLEASE NOTE! To change your delivery address to your subscription you must log in to your Subscription Management Portal before your Subscription renews.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of your request minus shipping cost. Refund request must be made within 7 days upon initial receipt of delivery (tracking delivery confirmation). Product must be returned in same condition as upon initial receipt of delivery. Candles and "Make Your Own Butter" cannot be refunded unless it is due to our own error or damaged during transit. Please take careful measures to ensure any returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. Used or damaged items are not eligible for refunds. Order cancellations may be requested within 48 hours after purchase is made for a full refund including shipping fee.

Promo Codes

If you received a savings/discount/reward code please enter your code before completing your purchase. The designated area will appear on your shopping cart screen at the bottom left corner beneath your item list. Once your purchase has been made, your savings/discount/reward code can no longer be applied to your order and refunds cannot be issued for the amount of the code. Please email us at customerservice@sheamakery.com before placing your order if you experience an issue with entering in your promo code. Discount codes expire within the issued year unless otherwise noted.

What if I have sensitive skin?

The majority of our products are made with natural ingredients (excluding some body butter fragrances and where otherwise stated) and therefore do respond well to all skin types. We use 100% skin safe fragrances and create our butters in accordance with IFRA guidelines. While most of our products have been used by people with fairly sensitive skin as well as skin conditions as Acne, Keratosis Polaris, Eczema and Dermatitis, everyone is different and therefore may experience different results. Please note that with products containing dead sea salt you may experience a temporary tingling sensation due to the fact that salt has exfoliating and purifying properties. If you experience any irritation that lasts for more than 5 minutes, discontinue use of product. If you wish to use our butter on your face as a moisturizer we recommend using 100% pure Shea butter due to the fact that many have found fragrances to aggravate sensitive skin conditions. Do Not Use fragranced body butters on cracked, newly shaven or irritated skin.

Skin sensitivities vary, test before use. If you have nut allergies please do not use any product with Shea Butter due to the fact that Shea Butter is derived from the Shea Nut.

Shea Shea as in Shea Butter? What is that?

RAW UNREFINED Shea butter is in its natural form with nothing added to it or nothing taken away from it. It is not filtered or processed after leaving its source of origin. It has not been melted down and filtered through the cheesecloth or poured into molds to make it round, square or rectangular in shape. No chemicals, perfumes, oils, preservatives, bleaches or deodorizers have been added that would remove or deplete the vitamin content or otherwise change its natural properties. This includes attempts to remove the natural nutty aroma, change the color or texture, add chemicals to or remove qualities or properties from the shea butter.

 

REFINED - Opposite of unrefined in every sense. This shea butter has been passed through at least one filtering or meshing system. It may be deodorized, either by airing, chemical additions, or other process to remove the natural nutty aroma. It may be bleached, either chemically or as a result of the filtering system used to make it whiter in color. This type of Shea butter contains little to no benefit to your skin other than moisturizing. The vitamins and natural healing properties have been removed due to the chemical refining process.

BODY CREME

All of our original scents and designs now available in our Body Creme formula. We brought you this moisturizing alternative to give you more options when it comes to your skincare. Compared to our original Shea Butter formulated body butters, Body Creme is a creamy, smoother application for those who prefer a lighter moisturizer than what the Shea formulated body butters deliver. Whipped to perfection, we've added a preservative that will not leave any greasy residue after application.
BODY CREME CONTAINS: Water, Glycerin, Vitamin E, Cetyl Alcohol, Oat Extract, Soybean Oil, Avocado Oil, Fragrance.

Bakery Jar Design

All Jar caps are made on Bakery premises. They are designed by hand so each piece will be different from the last, no two can be exactly the same. During the designing process a jar will begin to take on its own unique characteristics. Caps can be washed with warm water and hold up to normal everyday wear and tear. Some models tend to have more fragility than others, so please handle all with reasonable care. SHEA SHEA BAKERY LLC and all works herein are copyrighted under US Copyright Law.
