Classic Cheesecake

Today, we’re going to make a Classic Cheesecake. I’ve mentioned my love of Cheesecake before. This stuff is amazing and this recipe right here is my go to.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Store bought graham cracker crust (or oreo crust, you do you)
1 ½ lb of cream cheese (yes, you read that correctly)
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
¼ cup of sour cream

Here’s How You’ll Make It:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325℉. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Put in your graham cracker crust. Set it aside.
  2. In a bowl mix together your cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly combined. Then add in your eggs vanilla and sour cream. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour your cheesecake mixture into your pan with the crust. Bake for 1 hour. Let it cool for an hour before putting it in the fridge to set overnight.
  4. You can garnish this with strawberries, chocolate, or any topping of your choice.
