Today, we’re going to make a Classic Cheesecake. I’ve mentioned my love of Cheesecake before. This stuff is amazing and this recipe right here is my go to.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Store bought graham cracker crust (or oreo crust, you do you)
1 ½ lb of cream cheese (yes, you read that correctly)
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
¼ cup of sour cream
Here’s How You’ll Make It:
- Preheat your oven to 325℉. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Put in your graham cracker crust. Set it aside.
- In a bowl mix together your cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly combined. Then add in your eggs vanilla and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Pour your cheesecake mixture into your pan with the crust. Bake for 1 hour. Let it cool for an hour before putting it in the fridge to set overnight.
- You can garnish this with strawberries, chocolate, or any topping of your choice.
